The Nanaimo Lawn Bowling Club is hosting some open houses at Bowen Park for people interested in trying it out. An experienced coach will give you a quick lesson, and then you’ll get a chance to throw some bowls and even play a game. You can also learn about how to join the club as a member.
Open house dates for 2026: April 25, May 9 & 10, from 1-4.

Our History
The Nanaimo Lawn Bowling Club has a rich history dating back to 1923. What started
as a small group of dedicated bowlers has grown into a thriving club with a passionate
